Weight loss diet is adopted to lose weight, and focuses on intake of proper foodstuffs to maintain a healthy lifestyle. It focuses on losing weight in a simple and healthy way. This diet is for everyone regardless of age, sex or health. It is for all those who want to shed extra pounds. It lays emphasis on limiting the total intake of calories, and a diet consisting of proteins, fats and carbohydrates in the right quantity. In fact, nutritionists and doctors strongly suggest weight loss diets while going for any weight loss programs.
Weight Loss Diet Tips:
1. Avoid Junk Food: It includes fast foods or snacks such as burgers, fried chips and pizzas. They have low nutritional value.
2. Drink Plenty of Water: water flushes unwanted fats and toxic substances out from the body and hence promotes weight loss. Eight glasses of water needs to be consumed everyday.
3. Lower the Number of Meals: you need to intake five or six low calorie meals everyday within regular intervals.
4. Lower consumption of calorie: decrease the calorie intake by a little each day.
5. Exercise Regularly: exercising increases your metabolism, strength, flexibility, stamina and fitness, which helps to burn calories for losing weight.
6. Focus on your Sleep: weight loss is possible by sleeping well. A good eight hours of sleep reduces hunger and prevents from excessive eating.
7. Yoga: Weight loss is achievable by yoga without any side effects on the body.
Some Plans:
1. Cabbage soup when consumed whenever you feel hungry will curb your hunger and will provide you energy without increasing calorie in the body. While on cabbage soup diet, you must avoid eating junk or oily foods.
2. Sonoma Diet comprises of antioxidant vegetables and some juicy fruits. Dr. Connie Gutterson made this diet. It also includes red wine and little almond oil.
3. Slim Fast diet controls hunger and is a well balanced diet, which is rich in proteins and calcium.
4. Negative calorie diet includes consuming roughage foods, which help to decrease the calorie content from the body.
Possible Effects: 1. It can slower down the metabolic activities of your body. 2. Diet plans are used to reduce fats, but it may result in reducing your muscle and not your fats. 3. It is possible that an enzyme named lipoprotein lipase starts becoming more active by storing more fat in the body. Hence, many people tend to regain the lost weight after regaining their normal diet.
Hence, weight loss diet may prove to be beneficial to you, but it may also have some negative side effects on your body, or you may regain extra weight, so it is wise to consult your doctor before choosing any weight loss diets.
