Body composition… I think this knowledge is most often forgettable or even not known by all who will form the body. Usually the guy who would make up the body, they thought there was only muscular contained in their body that affecting weight, while for the girls who will dispose of fat, according to their body’s content is only fat.

Actually, when we talk about the formation of the body, including make a leaner body by removing fat, you must understand that our bodies are composed of muscle and fat. Muscle and fat is only one who contributed to the up and down of our body’s weight. It is not possible our skin gain weight, right? Our hair make or our bodies up to 5kg? That can make our weight up and down it was just muscle and fat.

When fat increases, your weight will increase also, when fat is reduced, weight will come down automatically. So do the muscle, when the muscle increases, then the weight would be increased and when the muscle is reduced, the weight will come down. So do not think that weight off your fat must have been reduced. If not careful, the muscle can be decreased. And this is what should be avoided. When we want to shape and ideal body, and remove fat, we must pay attention not to waste muscles.

What is the sign if the muscle wastage? The easiest is when starting a diet, your weight down, and your hair started falling out. That means the body’s lack of protein, so that we do not fall ill, then the body takes protein from the hair, muscles, and places another. In fact we are so easily to be sick if lack of protein because of anti-body were also made from proteins. But rather than bother to watch the hair fall out, then I recommend most is to use a measure of fat. So you can actually monitors whether fat or muscle that has been reduced.

In the concept of weight loss, actually to be done is, add muscle and reduce fat. Muscle is fat-burning stove, so adding muscle will burn fat faster. And this is true for boys and girls, without exception. The point is, if you want to reduce fat, you have to really monitor what is down. When if your muscles is found that falls, it can be ascertained, several months after it happened, your weight will come back up and that is what is called the yo-yo dieting.
